No. The quotation only covers the cost of the driver, insurance, and the cost of running the vehicle (unless pre-agreed).
To secure your booking you'll need to pay the full quoted price within 14 days of travelling. Bookings placed 8 or more weeks in advance can be secured with an agreed deposit with the remainder due at least 14 days prior to travelling.
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard or American Express by secure online transaction.
Depending on the purpose of your travel a bond may be requested. This generally applies to wine tours, birthday parties and others of a similar nature. The bond is requested to cover any additional costs incurred by XOPPT including but not limited to non-agreed overtime, cleaning fees and/or any damage to XOPPT's property.
Tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless it is unsafe to do so. With the exception of force majeure the following timeframes apply:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to a scheduled tour date will be refunded the total tour price less deposit
- Cancellations made 3-7 days prior to a scheduled tour date will be refunded 50% of the total tour price
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour date will incur a 100% charge

Drinks from sealed containers (including alcoholic) and food that will not create need for additional cleaning are allowed. You are asked respecfully to consider what is suitable for consumption on-board.
You're welcome to book for 1-8 passengers. The back row of seats (2+2) can be folded away in pairs creating the option for 6 or 4 passenger seats plus extra space for luggage if required
You can make changes to an existing quote or booking as long as there's sufficient availability in respect of other bookings. All booking changes are subject to a possible cost increase.
