You are welcome to request changes to the advertised start time and duration of a tour. We’ll happily make every effort to meet your request depending on practicality and sufficient availability on your chosen day. Please note: all tour changes are subject to a possible cost increase.

Families are most welcome on all our tours. Safety is our priority so baby and child seats will be provided at no additional cost on request

All our tours are private, as such we do not have the ability to arrange shared tours. If you know other people who’d like to join your tour you’re welcome to include them on your own booking

XO Tours’ vehicle can accommodate a small foldable wheelchair. Entrance to the vehicle is through a wide sliding door with 2 small steps. If uncertain, please get in touch to discuss your personal circumstances

Thankfully Perth is blessed with 300 days of sunshine, rain is often light and doesn’t last long and really bad weather is rare. In the event of rain your sequence of stops may be altered to make the most of the day based on the forecast. Tours will only be cancelled if the weather conditions pose a safety concern, in which case a refund will be offered

Airport transfer for up to 6 passengers can be added to the beginning or end of any tour

XO Tours’ vehicle has total seating for 9 passengers, there’s no additional space for luggage. Fewer people in your group allows greater space for your luggage

Tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless it is unsafe to do so. In this case you can reschedule your tour date. Except for unavoidable circumstances the following timeframes will apply regarding cancellations;

- During the 3 days prior to the booked travel date = 100% cancellation charge
- Between 4-7 days prior to the booked travel date = 50% cancellation charge
- Between 8-14 days prior to the booked travel date = 30% cancellation charge
- Greater than 14 days in advance = no cancellation charge

Life can sometimes throw a curve-ball, forcing a late change to even the best-made plans. You are strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance to cover yourself for unforeseen circumstances.
